Membership Terms CombatStore FightClub
1. About CombatStore FightClub
The membership club CombatStore FightClub is owned and operated by Combat Store AS, organization number 920578055, Karihaugveien 89, 1086 Oslo.
CombatStore FightClub is a benefits and loyalty program for those who have registered as members. By registering as a member or by using a member benefit, you accept the Membership Terms and the Privacy Policy for CombatStore FightClub (the agreement), which you were informed about before registering or using a member benefit. This membership agreement allows CombatStore.no to send you emails with offers and other relevant benefits. When you use our services and shop at CombatStore.no, you enter into an agreement with us, which also includes our standard Purchase Terms.
2. About your membership
Membership is free and open to all private individuals aged 16 or older. When signing up at CombatStore.no, you must register with a Norwegian mobile number (+47), a valid email address, name, and address. You are responsible for providing correct and updated information about yourself.
As a member of CombatStore FightClub, you will receive offers reserved for members. The benefits of membership are personal and cannot be transferred or inherited by others. Information beyond your email address is used by CombatStore.no for security purposes, such as verifying the correct person for a personal membership in the customer club.
Accepting communication via email and SMS is a prerequisite for being a member and using the member benefits and offers reserved for members, as communication with members is the main purpose of CombatStore FightClub.
3. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. We guarantee that your information will only be stored and used in connection with your membership in the CombatStore FightClub. On "My page," you can always change your consents or unsubscribe from the customer club.
In order for you to become a member of CombatStore FightClub, we must register and process personal data about you and other information related to the membership. We are responsible for storing and processing your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. The information is processed to administer and operate the customer club.
We will not sell your personal data to third parties.

If you have questions, want access to the personal data we have about you, or want this corrected or deleted because it is inaccurate, you can contact us at any time or log in to "My page" on CombatStore.no.
4. Duration of the agreement
The terms apply from the day you register as a member or otherwise accept these terms. You can terminate the agreement at any time with immediate effect by sending an email to fightclub@combatstore.no with "Unsubscribe CombatStore FightClub" in the subject line or by going to "My page" where you click "Confirm unsubscribe." All information about you will then be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time, and no later than required by applicable laws. Upon deletion, the ability to earn bonus points on purchases and other member benefits linked to CombatStore FightClub ceases. Upon cancellation, all accumulated bonus points will be deleted.
We reserve the right to change the terms of the agreement. If we make significant changes (changes that affect you), we will inform you so you have the opportunity to approve the new terms. Such changes include, for example, if we want to process your personal data for a new purpose. If you do not want to accept the new terms, you may terminate the agreement as described above. Minor changes, such as changes to our contact information, may be made without informing you.
We reserve the right, with 30 days’ notice, to discontinue or replace CombatStore FightClub. If CombatStore FightClub must be discontinued due to legislation, court rulings, or prohibitions by authorities, CombatStore.no AS may immediately terminate it without prior notice. We may terminate the agreement immediately if you have provided incorrect information or violate your obligations under this agreement.
5. Services offered by third parties
Through our services, you may connect to services offered by others (third parties). This applies, for example, if you buy a product to be shipped to you or make a payment. Please note that other terms from third parties may apply. You must accept these to use products or services not offered directly by us.
CombatStore.no is not responsible for services provided by third parties. Your relationship with third-party services is between you and the third party.
6. Force Majeure
If a situation arises that makes it impossible for us to fulfill our obligations under these terms or a situation that is normally considered Force Majeure under purchase law, our obligations cease for as long as the extraordinary situation lasts. Examples include changes in law, labor disputes, strikes, lockouts, or other circumstances beyond the parties’ control, such as war, riots, fire, floods, explosions, government interventions, or network outages caused by faults not attributable to the parties.
